Construction Project Manager
- 5 years construction experience
- Working knowledge of commercial construction estimating, job costing, maintaining P/L, Office 365, MS Dynamics, lift 50 lbs and communicate effectively
- Must have references, and two projects locations you have managed that we can view
- Pay commensurate with experience

- Vehicle provided/reimbursement
Framing/Drywall
- Ability to follow blueprints and frame according to IBC
- Level 5 finish ability
- Must have references, and two projects locations we can see installed framing and drywall
- Pay commensurate with experience

Acoustical Ceiling
- Ability to follow plans, do material takeoff, install metal grid, 2×2 and 2×4 ceiling tile and can light cutting
- Level 5 finish ability
- Must have references, and two projects locations we can see installed ceilings
